The Jersey International Development Network brings together Islanders with an interest in international development or humanitarian aid. We discuss current crises, debate the latest trends, and hear from leading actors in the sector.

Next event: Humanitarian Relief in Complex Crises

Jersey Arts Centre, Thursday 3rd July, 6pm

How do humanitarian agencies deliver life-saving assistance in some of the world’s most challenging contexts? Delivering humanitarian aid in complex emergencies means overcoming disrupted supply chains, restricted access, the erosion of International Humanitarian Law and fragile security environments.

Join us to hear from our partners, World Food Programme and International Health Partners, as they share how they navigate these challenges to facilitate access to life-saving assistance in places like Haiti and Sudan.

Tickets are free of charge but booking is essential. There will be no admission without a ticket.
