In 2024, Jersey Overseas Aid (JOA) successfully engaged over 800 students across Jersey through dynamic talks and presentations at primary schools, secondary schools, and youth clubs. Our team, along with guest speakers from organisations such as the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB), and Opportunity International, delivered sessions on a range of global topics. These included JOA’s ongoing development projects, humanitarian relief efforts, and the Sustainable Development Goals.
